1	advise(InstanceKey) The main SPI called by the viewer.
2	pageNumChangedTo(InstanceKey, int) Updates the service implementation whenever the user updates the page number, for a particular object/property/user (ie ViewerKey).
3	scaleChangedTo(InstanceKey, Scale) Updates the service implementation whenever the user updates the scale, for a particular object/property/user (ie ViewerKey).
4	heightChangedTo(InstanceKey, int) Updates the service implementation whenever the user updates the height, for a particular object/property/user (ie ViewerKey).
