Shiro (Authenticator & Authorizor)

Support for Shiro has been retired in v3.x, primarily because at the time of release there was no support for jakarta.* namespace.

We may reinstate support in a future release when this becomes available (depending upon demand - it may be that Spring Security provides enough features as is).
